Position Title- Graphic Visualizer

Primary Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Coordinating with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
Working with a wide range of media, including photo manipulation and computer-aided design (CAD)
Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, create & modify fonts according to brand guidelines
Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as WordPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash;
Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
Awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design.
Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concept

Primary Purpose of the Role:

Work on brand projects and contribute to the creation of digital experiences. Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content. The Content Strategist will work across multiple platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behavior.

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Business Strategy, Direction & Positioning

The ability to work to establish a content strategy that is in sync with the brand’s philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Mobile and devise strategic content while upholding creativity standards of the agency.
Monitor digital & new media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify .potential business avenues and improve current offerings that lead to better value for customers and higher financial value for ThinkWhy.
Driving innovation and creativity for the brands on board.
Account Execution

Campaign content creation on various digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Interest, Instagram.
Conducting adequate research & gathering relevant material for interactive content development.
Develop innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brand’s digital platforms.
Creating innovative buzz around the brand, its product promotions, launches and brand-sponsored events.
Utilize Analytics to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions.

Job Description

Position Title - SEO Executive

Primary Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for Emerging with SEO strategies keeping in mind current strategy research, content, ideation and applications on the basis of objectives. Focus on a solid framework to make them easy to create and communicate with a key focus on technology

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy
Manage and execute the implementation of SEO strategy
Communication to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and result

Coordinate with the Social and Tech team to ensure SEO related tasks are prioritized in their task list too and executed as per recommendations
Social - Ensure SEO content is in sync with posting patterns and key content
Tech - Ensure website speed, sitemap, CMS, server related SEO requirements are conveyed in time
Be closely involved with the content writing team to be able to leverage their creativity and content for SEO purposes
Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success. Ensure pitches made by the SEO team are upto the mark and lead presentation of all pitches in client meetings
Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and development
Liaise with Client Servicing, Business Development, and Technical Teams to personally deliver better integration of technical SEO requirements
Robust knowledge in Web Analytics, Social Media Marketing and manage a team which is SEO ready to manage optimization for Websites, WAP sites, Mobile Apps, Videos, Images, and Stores
Overlook day to day functioning of the team
Ensure keyword trackers are maintained. Ensure monthly reports are sent on time with tangible recommendations related to SEO, UE, and Tech
Regular audits on existing clients to ensure there is no gap between what is committed to the client and the execution
